item menu ends up making it not fullscreen :(

context: the item menu uses the same hotkey as firefox does to exit fullscreen

I already explained this on Discord but will here too incase it helps someone else. That’s a funny browser thing that I can’t do much about, but pressing E instead of escape also toggles the menu and doesn’t have this issue.
